- Informal Call: - We will contact you to discuss the reason for sale, your needs and discuss the property.
- Offer: -We will make an offer within 24-48 hours of receiving your property details. You will have no fees to incur and there is no obligation for you to accept our offer. If we’re unable to make you an offer for any reason, we’ll be sure to explain why.
- Viewing: - We will arrange for one of our representatives to view the property.
- Sale: -If you agree to our offer, we will prepare the Memorandum of Sale or Heads of Terms and sign a Lock Out Agreement. At this point we will liaise with your solicitor, if you don’t have a solicitor, we can appoint an independent solicitor to act for you.
- Legal Process: - The solicitor will ‘exchange’ and ‘complete’ on your property as quickly as you need us to but, in principle, the proceeds should be in your account within 1 to 4 weeks.
