We buy property, land in any location in mainland England and Wales only, we also purchase property in any condition that matches our key criteria.
Upon receiving information regarding a property, we will submit an offer to purchase the property that matches our key criteria, we will provide this offer within 72 hours excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.
There are no chains related to the purchase we guarantee to provide a cash offer.
There is no cost to you to receive an offer from us and there is no obligation for you to accept the offer of purchase relating to the property.
Invest in Property Assets Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any offer made at any time.
We also sell property & land that has gone through our strict due diligence process and has been packaged together that matches the criteria of our investors looking to add to their portfolios.
Investors are responsible for their own due diligence to see if a packaged deal is viable and meets their criteria, there is no obligation for an investor to accept the packaged deal unless otherwise agreed in the Terms and Conditions of the Sale.
Investors will need to sign the Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement together with signing our Terms & Conditions prior to receiving the full information on the property or land.
Invest in Property Assets Ltd also works with Joint Venture Partners. When partnering together either as a joint venture or on a straight loan basis it is the responsibility of the joint venture partner to carry out their own due diligence on both Invest in Property Assets Ltd and the property / land they are about to enter into agreement on. Invest in Property Assets Ltd holds no responsibility for financial loss other than what is agreed in the Joint Venture Agreement.
We may change these Terms from time to time. Please check these Terms regularly as any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after posting will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
